1. When will my order ship?

    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Auckland. We process and ship orders within 24 hours.

    We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

  2. Through what carrier do you ship?

    We use Gosweetspot for shipping .You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we currently process orders only in New Zealand.

Returns and Exchange
  1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

    Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items on SALES cannot be returned. Please keep the product undamaged, with the tags attached, complete packaging along with invoice. Allow for 10 business days from the time that the “return item” is received, for us to process your refund.
